Objects and systems
Independent design studio
We research realities. We design futures. We build transitions.
Hyper LAB is a design studio combining research, design, technology and foresight to explore possible futures and transform them into experiences, systems and prototypes.
We study how the world is changing to design new ways of living, connecting and transitioning towards better futures.
Our process
Observe
We identify change, tension and emerging signals.
Imagine
We create scenarios that move beyond the obvious.
Design
We transform possibilities into objects, experiences and systems.
Transition
We create pathways from current realities towards preferable futures.
Areas of exploration
Mapping signals, uncertainty and preferable directions.
Possible futuresMaking alternative worlds tangible enough to question the present.
Critical practiceTesting new relationships between intelligence, tools and creative practice.
Non-linear growthDesigning pathways that move connected systems towards better realities.
Connected changeA shared direction
0000days to go
Not a prediction.
It is a direction.
Hyper LAB works towards a clear horizon: researching, designing and activating projects that help us transition towards fairer, more human and more liveable worlds.
